visual thinking is also known as spatial learning or spatial-temporal reasoning. This means the ability to visualise spatial patterns and manipulate them. Mentally picking up a shape or pattern and turning, flipping or rotating it. This sounds harder than it actually is and often we are not conscious of it. Most of us use visual thinking alongside verbal, mathematical, musical or kinesthetic thinking.
